Has FIFA shot itself in the foot?

The story of the 'girls in orange' who are accused of ambush marketing when they 'stripped' off to reveal dresses in the colour of a rival beer brand to that officially approved at the World Cup, is threatening to leave FIFA with egg on its face.

The truth is that they are 'damned if they do & damned if they don't' take action over this issue.

One thing is for sure - Bavaria - have got more free publicity for their brand than they ever intended when they set out on this 'stunt'
